Our spherical activated carbon is produced by mixing high-quality coal powder with a binder, forming the mixture into pellets, followed by carbonization and activation.

These properties make it irreplaceable in applications requiring continuous operation, high flow rate processing, low energy consumption, and high reliability. It plays a critical role especially in solvent recovery, gas purification/separation, and catalyst carrier fields.
Standard available mesh sizes: (or as the clients’ requirement)
2-5 mm, 3-6mm, 8-20mesh
Free of harmful substances: The chemical element composition of raw material is only contained C, H, N, O; zero heavy metals or non-toxic chemical elements, etc.
High purity, low ash( ash content < 0.5% ), stable quality.
High strength, high wear resistance: The directional arrangement characteristics of carbon molecules make its compressive strength much higher than that of other similar products under the same bulk density.
