Three-Bed Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO)

Zeolite Concentration Rotary Wheel Device

  • The main material of the honeycomb molecular sieve is natural zeolite, an inorganic porous material composed of SiO₂, Al₂O₃, and alkaline or alkaline earth metals.
  • Uniform micropores, with pore sizes comparable to general molecular sizes. The internal pore volume accounts for 40-50% of the total volume, with a specific surface area of 300-1000 m²/g.

Honeycomb Zeolite Adsorption Concentration Desorption + Catalytic Oxidizer (CO)

  • High adjustability. The same type of molecular sieve can be modified to change its pore size and surface properties.
